We will walk though the steps of executing an example Botflow with response type Standard

Botflows with response type Standard are the most used ones. On the botflow that we are going to use in this example we have ‘Additional data’ configured which enables the users to add text/file or both on successful Botflow execution.

This botflow has a lot of payload fields and most of them are mandatory(required) you can quickly spot them out by the asterisk(*) on the top right of the label.

Contact Name is mandatory and it should be under 30 characters.

Contact Reference is mandatory, must be under 25 characters and must be unique (you can use TestAcc#1)

Business Unit is mandatory, you can pick any value that you prefer from the dropdown.

Address Line 1 is mandatory, must be under 30 characters and you can enter whatever you like.
